HOW DUSTY IS FLOOR SANDING?
Modern professional sanding equipment connected to dust extraction significantly reduces airborne dust compared with traditional sanding methods. Some fine dust is still possible, particularly during detailed edge work. |
HOW LONG DOES A TYPICAL JOB TAKE?
The timeframe depends on floor area, condition, repairs, staining and coating system. Most projects are planned in stages so sanding, preparation and coating have the appropriate time between processes. |

WHEN CAN FURNITURE AND RUGS GO BACK?
Drying and full curing are different. Specific aftercare instructions are provided for the coating system used, including when furniture, rugs and normal cleaning can safely resume. |
CAN DAMAGED OR ENGINEERED FLOORS BE RESTORED?
Often, yes. Damaged boards can sometimes be repaired or replaced, while suitable engineered flooring may be sanded where sufficient timber wear layer remains. Each floor is assessed before work begins. |
