Spotted Gum Floor Replacement & Stair Restoration — Broadbeach Waters
This Broadbeach Waters project was completed at a premium holiday property managed by Elite Holiday Homes following significant tenant damage.
The damaged upstairs flooring was removed rather than attempting a limited surface repair. A premium unfinished engineered Spotted Gum floor was then installed throughout the nominated upper-level areas.
